Getting started

From sign-up to verified results

One profile works at every participating track and series. Here is how it fills in.

  1. 1

    Create your profile, or claim the one staff started

    Sign up with email or phone. If staff created a record for you at the gate, you get a secure claim link by email or SMS. A matching name or email never proves ownership on its own.

  2. 2

    Add your cars and optional details

    Year, make, model and number. Photos, home region and links are optional.

  3. 3

    Enter an event

    Book on the organizer's site with the same profile. Sharing your profile with an organizer is your explicit choice, and marketing email is a separate opt-in.

    Check in and finish the required steps

    Waiver, admission and tech inspection are separate checks at the track. A ticket alone is not permission to drive.

  5. 5

    See verified participation and results

    Once the organizer verifies the event, attendance, Seat Time XP and results appear on your profile.

Which events count?

Events an organizer runs through ProxieKit and verifies. Attended events earn Seat Time XP. Eligible competition events count toward Competitive Rank, and each event counts once: individual battles, sessions and check-ins do not count separately.

What if a result is wrong?

Ask the organizer to review it. Corrections are logged with who changed what and why, and affected ratings are recalculated. An unresolved battle shows no winner and no rating change until a result is recorded.

What is public, and what stays private?

Your name, number, the cars you choose to show, ranks, track classes, verified results and medals are public. Contact details, delivery addresses, waivers and private notes are not. Track rewards are visible only to you, in your own account.

Does Plus improve my rank?

No. Plus never changes ratings, XP, classes, results, competition access or staff decisions. It adds analytics, profile options, highlight clips and a physical Season Medal credit.

Staff created a record for me at the gate. How do I claim it?

Open the link sent to the phone or email staff entered, then confirm with the one-time code. If the link expired, request a new one. A matching name or email alone never claims a record.

Does my class at one track count at another?

No. Staff at each track assign A, B or C for that track only. A new track starts you as not assessed.
